Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our lighting products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship. If your item has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
What is not covered under the warranty?
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Alterations or modifications
- Accidental damage
How do I file a warranty claim?
To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with your proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting photos or videos. We will guide you through the next steps.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Custom orders are non-refundable unless damaged.

How do you handle delays or lost packages?
At LumoCrafts, we strive to ensure your order arrives safely. We offer shipping protection, which may include a refund, replacement, free return, or store credit.
For lost or damaged packages, please contact us at info@lumocrafts.com within 3 business days of delivery. If your package shows as delivered but is missing, check with family members, neighbors, or your building manager and wait 48 hours, as it may still arrive.
Note: We do not offer refunds or replacements for packaging damage alone.

In most models offered, no. It is recommended to purchase lightbulbs separately, as you may require specific light warmth and brightness tailored to your room's needs.
